用HyperStudy計算多節管件的最佳重疊長度

摘  要

.......本文探討多節管件互相串接時,之間的重疊區域長度,對於整隻桿件的側向位移跟模態的影響。當重疊區過長,會浪費材料且增加自重,太短又會應力集中導致大變形。故將重疊區長度當作設計變數,利用側向位移及自然頻率當作輸入響應,把側向位移最小化以及自然頻率最大化當作優化目標,求得最佳化長度。

Abstract

.......The main purpose of the study is that to investigate different overlaps length in telescopic tubes, the length affects its lateral displacement and natural frequency. When the overlap area too long it will waste too much material and become heavier, when it's too short, it will let stress concentration and lead to large displacement.
.......We put overlap length as a design variable of the telescopic tube, and the transverse displacement and natural frequency of structure as responses input, the target of optimization which minimizes displacement and maximizes frequency, in order to get the optimal overlap length.
