SimSolid結合田口方法之應用

The application of SimSolid combined with Taguchi method.

摘要

.......產品設計流程中，[初始設計]決定了整個系統架構的可靠度。然而，在過去[初始設計]階段的設計人員，往往需要花費大量的資源做反覆設計與分析的迭代，最終才得以收斂出具可靠度的產品架構。為解決資源耗費過大問題，本研究結合不同的工具與方法，於[初始階段]採用SIMSOLID與田口方法做快速收斂設計；並於[細部設計階段]，再來執行精準的CAD製作與FEM計算，以有限的資源下透過不同的工具與方法的整合，來可減少人員、時間與硬體的資源損耗。

Abstract

.......During the product design process, Initial design often determines the reliability of system. However, designers often spend numerous resource in design and analysis at this stage. In order to solve the problems, the research combines different tools and methods. Using SIMSOLID software and Taguchi method to quickly converge the design, and using FEM method to evaluate the design in the detail design stage. Through the combination of different tools, the consumption of resources will be reduced effectively.
