The customer’s factory has a large amount of bearing equipment measurement signals and failure data, but it is impossible to manually organize and utilize this information. Therefore, they hope to leverage the power of AI data analytics to predict bearing equipment failures in advance, enabling rapid response and improving production line stability.
.......By recording bearing equipment signals using various sensors and analyzing them through RapidMiner with AI big-data clustering and decision trees, the correlation between measured signals and corresponding failure modes was identified. This enabled the successful prediction of bearing equipment failures and provided valuable guidance for the maintenance team to plan future servicing.
