Mobile Phone Drop Test Analysis | Radioss

【 Background 】

       Electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, and servers all require drop tests and shock tests as key components of design validation. In this case, the HyperWorks explicit solver RADIOSS was used to perform a mobile phone drop analysis. The results were used to examine the compression, deformation, and strain distribution occurring at the moment of impact between assembled components, allowing us to determine whether structural fractures may lead to functional failure.
