       Inspire enables design engineers and product designers to quickly and easily perform CAE structural analysis. It can also easily solve engineering problems that simultaneously involve structure, mechanisms, and optimization in a single environment. Using Altair’s advanced OptiStruct optimization solver, it generates optimal shapes based on the given design space, material properties, and loading requirements. It is simple to learn and works seamlessly with existing CAD tools, helping reduce development cost, time, material consumption, and product weight from the earliest stages of structural design.




 

【 SimSolid 】

.......SimSolid does not rely on the traditional finite element algorithm (FEA), in which the inherent nodal degrees of freedom (DOF) are a function of the model’s mesh based on solids, surfaces, line clouds, and point clouds. This allows SimSolid to handle geometric imperfections, including assembly issues such as gaps, penetrations, and irregular contact regions. It uses multiple self-adaptive analyses to control the accuracy of the results, which can be defined globally or in local regions. The method is extremely fast and efficient, greatly improving computational efficiency without requiring excessive memory, making it possible to quickly analyze complex models or assemblies on standard desktop computers.
