Quick Navigation

【 Background 】

This analysis uses Flux to perform electromagnetic field analysis for wireless power transfer equipment, helping engineers evaluate the influence range of the electromagnetic field generated by the equipment and carry out structural design and improvement of the device.
With Flux and the finite element method, different placement positions are analyzed for inductance values and coupling coefficients, along with evaluating equipment loss, power transfer performance, and magnetic flux density distribution under different operating conditions.

【 Results 】

  • Calculated coil inductance values and coupling coefficients for different placement positions and distances.

  • Loss and power calculation under rated or specific operating conditions.

  • Distribution plots of the influence range and field values of low-frequency electromagnetic fields generated by the equipment.

【 Features 】

  • Flux model parameterization: enables fast analysis and calculation of inductance and coupling coefficients for different placement positions.

  • By using finite element analysis simulation in Flux, the influence range of the low-frequency electromagnetic field generated by the equipment can be obtained.
