Big Data Analysis of Air-Conditioning Performance Using AI

Background

       The customer is an internationally renowned air conditioner manufacturer that hopes to use AI to improve the efficiency of handling customer feedback, and integrate AI into its IoT system to provide users with a better air-conditioning experience.

Results

• Using AI clustering analysis on 40,000 historical air-conditioning records to quickly filter out usable data for analysis.

• Customer feedback classification and consolidation, which used to take three weeks, has been greatly reduced to about one to two days after automation with AI technology.

Technical Features

• RapidMiner provides modular blocks that support Hugging Face pretrained models. By fine-tuning with training data, the fine-tuned pretrained model can then be used to perform natural language processing tasks such as document content classification.

• In RapidMiner you can also integrate Python to perform document classification using text mining methods.

• Built-in clustering analysis operators help with data cleansing and aggregated categorization.
