The client is a leading domestic wheel manufacturer developing its own brand. To secure an international supply contract with Nissan Japan, they were required to meet Nissan’s CAE analysis specifications, including analysis–test correlation within 10% accuracy while achieving lightweight design targets.

Richin Technology was responsible for the following tasks:

Conduct three wheel analyses (bending moment / impact / radial) and perform correlation with physical testing.
Perform lightweight structural design.

Analysis and test correlation within 10% accuracy, enabling the client to obtain Nissan Japan certification and production order.
Achieved 8% structural lightweighting through optimization analysis.
