In electronic product CAE analysis, whether it is drop analysis, squeeze analysis, PSD vibration analysis, fatigue analysis, CFD thermal-flow analysis, and so on, CAE modeling almost takes up 80% of a CAE engineer’s time, because for complex 3D geometry they need to repeatedly perform geometry cleanup, bolt assembly, contact definition, thickness assignment, and other tasks.

In this project, we focused on the modeling pain points of electronics customers, consolidated the powerful meshing capabilities of HyperMesh, and combined them with customized scripts developed by Richin Technology.
